          Counseling with Rose—

                                                    Support When You Need It

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to manage the demands of ADHD, or finding it difficult to cope with life’s adjustments?

“Mental health challenges show up in thoughts and feelings, but they reflect a mix of brain, body, and life factors.”

ADHD

Living with ADHD as an adult can bring unique challenges—such as staying organized, managing time, coping with distractions, and navigating work and relationships.

ADHD can also lead to feelings of anxiety or depression, or sometimes anxiety and depression can actually mask underlying ADHD, making it difficult to know what’s truly at the root of your struggles.

Together we’ll identify how ADHD affects all areas of your life and whether anxiety or depression may also be present or masking ADHD.

ANXIETY -
DEPRESSION

Anxiety and depression often go hand-in-hand, and it’s common to feel unsure about which is affecting you most. Many of the symptoms overlap, making it hard to know what you’re truly experiencing.

I help you sort through these feelings, so we can clearly identify whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or both—because understanding your unique experience is the first step toward meaningful change.

Physical symptoms of anxiety may include:

  • Restlessness or feeling “on edge”

  • Racing heart or chest tightness

  • Muscle tension or headaches

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Upset stomach or digestive issues

Physical symptoms of depression may include:

  • Low energy or fatigue

  • Changes in sleep or appetite

  • Aches and pains without a clear cause

  • Slowed movement or speech

  • Difficulty concentrating

LIFE
TRANSITIONS

Life is full of changes—some expected, others sudden—and navigating these transitions can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, career challenges, caregiver burnout, school or academic pressures, a new medical diagnosis, toxic work environments, or other personal hurdles.

Major life transitions can bring a variety of emotional and physical symptoms, such as:

  • Feeling unsettled or uncertain about the future

  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

  • Changes in sleep or appetite

  • Fatigue or low energy

  • Increased irritability or frustration

  • Physical tension or headaches
