Individual $150 and Couple $225. HSA, FSA, or HRA accepted.
Self-paying for therapy offers key benefits, including greater privacy since your mental health information isn’t shared with insurance companies, and no diagnosis required, which means you can receive support without a mental health condition being recorded on your medical history.​​
